1. Personalisation
Secure chip data, key profile and target URL are generated in a controlled manner. The station confirms that the tag is readable and prepared for the intended product profile.
2. Apply and assign
The label shall be applied. VeriSeal connects product order, serial number, NFC, UHF, QR and barcode transaction-proof. An incomplete or contradictory allocation is not released.
3. Check inline
Reader, camera, OCR and, if applicable, tamper circle check content, position, readability and function. Defective units enter a defined blocking or reworking process.

4. Activate and distribute events
Only after successful testing is the product identity activated. ERP, MES, WMS or EPCIS receive the released event via documented interfaces.
