Digital product identity

The digital nameplate as a lifetime product identity

A physical nameplate remains important but has limited space and can become obsolete. The digital nameplate combines the real product with controlled data and documents over the entire life cycle.

What information can be displayed

The public or role-based view may include model, item number, GTIN, serial number, manufacturing date, technical data, hardware and software version, and service contacts.

  • Declarations of conformity and certificates
  • Assembly, operation and maintenance documentation
  • Current software and firmware statuses
  • Spare parts, service and recall information
02

Stay current without changing the label

The label contains only the secure link to the product identity. Shared content is centrally updated. Each change can be logged and additionally anchored if there is an increased need for proof.

03

Bringing together authenticity and information

VeriSeal does not display product data in isolation. A previous NFC, UHF or QR scan provides identity and verification context. With secure NFC tags, authenticity can be confirmed cryptographically.

04

Connection to existing systems

Product master data need not be duplicated. REST APIs, webhooks and project-specific adapters combine ERP, PLM, document management, service and manufacturing.
